1. Valljet commits to protect your personal information
Valljet is committed to protect your personal information and your privacy. We encourage you to carefully read this Data Protection Policy. This Policy will be readily available on our home page and at the bottom of every Valljet Web page. Valljet strongly supports the fundamental rights to privacy and Data Protection as well as compliance with national and international privacy laws.
Valljet commits to maintain confidential any personal information and to strictly limit any disclosure in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Valljet has established this Data Protection Policy to implement the new GDPR in force on 25 May 2023, which is applicable to all Valljet entities processing personal data of EU Residents.
This data Protection Policy is applicable in all our affiliates for the collection, processing, use, dissemination, transfer, and storage of personal information. It imposes common rules for all our entities of all countries and aim at ensuring a high level of protection of personal information within Valljet and its partners.
2. To whom this Data Protection Policy applies?
Valljet is a SAS with capital of 1800 000.00 euros, registered in the Angers Trade and Companies Register under number 501 457 907, with its head office at 25E rue de la Bellière- Saint Florent le Vieil-49410 Mauges-sur-Loire, represented by its CEO Aurélie Ribéra, and with transnational legal entities, operational processes, management services and technical systems. This Data Protection Policy applies to all Valljet -owned websites, domains, services, applications, and products, and those of our wholly owned subsidiaries ("Valljet sites or services"), except that a privacy policy or statement specific to a particular Valljet program, product, or service may supersede or supplement this Data Protection Policy. This Policy bounds all Valljet Entities and employees.

Valljet respects the rights of everyone, employee, candidate or customer to have his privacy and personal data protected. Valljet Entities will observe the following principles when processing your personal information:

4. Why do we collect your personal information?
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide our clients and other users with best-in-class services and a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience while using our websites. As data subjects, you may inquire as to the nature of the personal data stored or processed about you by any Valljet entity. You will be provided access to your Personal data regardless of the location of the data processing and storage.
A Valljet entity processing such data will cooperate in providing such access to you either directly or through a local entity.
- Right to rectification
If your Personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that the data be amended. - Right to object

12. Change in this Data Protection Policy
Valljet reserves the right to modify this privacy statement as needed, for example, to comply with changes in laws, regulations, Valljet practices and procedures, or requirements imposed by data protection authorities.
In this case, Valljet will inform Valljet candidates, customers, clients and other persons of any material changes in this Policy. Valljet will post all changes on relevant internal and external websites.
